As one of the coolest new names in the fashion industry, Sara Berman spends up to two months of the year travelling abroad. Since the days when, as a fashion student at Central St Martins. Sara adds: “I use my mobile phone for everything, from booking flights when I’m in London, to booking a table at Town in New York’s Chambers Hotel.”
